RENTALS Our obligations to tenants are: • acquaintance with the wish of the client; • advise the client on the criteria for the property; • making contact with the landlord; • organization and implementation of appropriate inspections; • indicate the necessary assistance in the negotiation and accommodation; Our obligations to the landlords are: • meeting and photographing of the property; • building an advertising strategy to promote the property; • organization and implementation of inspections; • ensuring the most appropriate tenants; • an indication of support in finalizing the deal. SALES FULLEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Our obligations under the management of your property are: • effective advertising of the property; • organizing and conducting inspections of the property; • providing employment rental property; • ensuring the most appropriate tenants; • storage of deposit provided under the contract of hire; • monitor the implementation of all clauses of the contract, including payment within a month rent and consumables; • oversee the implementation status of the property assigned; • carry out basic repairs needed in the rented property, which are the responsibility of the landlord; • coordination of activities relating to internal pruestroystvo, innerioren design and furnishings; • Property insurance requirement in any of the parties; • monthly report on the activities of the Agency in connection with the property when required by the owner. |
